I just upgraded to Medisoft V12 and I am having a problem with the
CMS1500 form. No matter what I try, the very last line of the form
which contains the NPI information is truncating. It's as if the
program doesn't recognize that box. If I move the field higher on the
report, it doesn't print in the box.
Has anyone else encountered this problem. I have changed the offset
from the top of the form, the header height and the footer height but
just can't seem to solve this issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
