[medical_billing] Introducing myself
| Hi Everyone, I just wanted to take some time to introduce myself to the group. I'm currently a 35 year old mother of 2 sons that homeschool. I would like to start my own medical billing business, but just don't know where to start. I have worked in the medical field for over 8 years, but have worked in the past 4 years. I tried to start a medical billing business when I left my previous employment, but because I knew nothing about marketing, software, or how to make the business work. I'm currently reading the book put our by entrepruner (not sure of the spelling) magazine titled How to start your own medical claims billing service. I would appreciate any suggestions or ideas you all might have especially when it comes to purchasing of software. Where does a person start??? Blessings, Donna |
